1. Can I return if I just don’t like the art?

 

Yes! We want you to love your artwork. You have 14 days from the day of delivery to request a return if you change your mind. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

2. What if the colors look different?

 

We carefully edit and print all artworks to ensure colors are as accurate as possible. However, screen displays may vary, and slight differences between digital images and the physical print can occur. Our high-quality printing process minimizes these differences to preserve the artwork’s beauty.

 

3. Do prints come framed?

 

Currently, we offer digital art printed on matte premium paper without frames, but we may also offer framed prints in the future. You can display the poster as-is, or choose a frame that suits your interior style. All prints are produced with premium materials to ensure they look great unframed or in a frame.

 

4. How long does delivery take within Europe?

 

All the art prints are printed and shipped via Gelato, typically within 3–8 business days after processing. Processing usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the order. Delivery may vary slightly depending on your location.

 

5. Can I track my order?

 

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email from Shopify. This allows you to follow your print from our studio to your doorstep.

 

6. How should I handle and display my art print?

 

The art prints are shipped rolled in sturdy tubes to prevent damage. Once received:

 

Remove the adhesive tape carefully, Unroll the print, be careful not to scratch the surface. Let it flatten. 

Use a poster frame to display your art. Choose a spot where there won't be any reflection from a window. You might be able to remove the frame glass, but be aware that you won't be able to clean the print.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve colors. 

7. What if my art print arrives damaged?

 

If your art print is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

8. Can I order multiple artworks together?

 

Yes! You can add multiple artworks to your cart. Each art print is carefully printed up to 5 together in a protective tube to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We recommend checking the dimensions and wall placement before ordering multiple pieces for a gallery wall.
