Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your art. If you change your mind, here’s how our returns process works.
Return window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. This is in line with consumer distance-selling regulations.
Once you submit your return request, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The artwork must be unused and in original condition
Artwork must be securely packaged
Prints must not be damaged or altered
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible if the replacement artwork is in stock.
Contact us to arrange an exchange and we will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Damage & Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re very sorry.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the damage or error (artwork and packaging)
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Instructions
To start a return:
Contact us at info@view2art.eu with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
Pack the artwork carefully and send it back using a trackable method.
We recommend keeping proof of postage until your refund is completed.
Important Notes
Customized or made-to-order prints may have special return terms (we will explain these on the product page if they apply).
If the original packaging is severely damaged by misuse, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.
Return labels are not automatically provided unless the item is damaged or mis-sent.
